We meet every week of our program year (except holidays).
Please arrive no later than 6:50p.m. to allow time to sign in before the meeting starts. The meeting starts promptly 7:00p.m.
When your Trailman arrives you will need to sign him in at the designated sign in station. Your Trailman will then proceed to the Gymnasium where we will have our opening ceremony.
Our program year starts the 1st Thursday in September and runs until the Thursday before Memorial Day. You can find out more about the year at this link.

We meet weekly to make sure that each of the Trailmen has the best opportunity for growth in Trail Life.
If your Trailman cannot attend a meeting there are opportunities for him to make up the work done. You will need to see his leader to find out what can be done.

The troop dues you paid to the troop gave your Trailman a uniform and the Trail Life program materials.
He is expected to wear his uniform and bring the program materials along with his Bible every week. This is the minimum standard that he is expected to wear/bring.
We use the bringing of these items as the beginning building block of learning personal discipline and responsibility.

The troop dues you paid to the troop gave your Trailman his Trail shirt (T-Shirt) and lanyard as the base uniform.
To help offset the cost of the uniform, instead of requiring you to purchase the Trail Life pants, we ask that you have your Trailman wear black pants. this will help keep a consistent look throughout the troop.
There is also a Troop uniform that is available. This is a formal shirt that is used for weekly meetings and awards ceremonies.
